Welcome to Soltcoin ("we," "our," "us," or the "Platform"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Soltcoin, including our website, applications, and services.

By creating an account or using Soltcoin, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

To use Soltcoin, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Not have been previously suspended or removed from the Platform

If you are using Soltcoin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Account Registration

Creating an Account

You may create an account using:

• Solana Wallet Authentication: By connecting your Solana wallet and signing a verification message
• Email Authentication: By providing a valid email address and creating a password

Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your Solana wallet and private keys
• Keeping your email and password credentials confidential
• All activities that occur under your account

We never store your private keys. Authentication uses cryptographic signatures from your wallet.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].

Account Information

• Usernames must be unique and comply with our naming guidelines
• Once you publish your first post, your username becomes permanent
• You may update your email address and profile information at any time
• Providing false or misleading account information may result in termination

User Content

Your Content

"User Content" includes all content you create, upload, post, or transmit through Soltcoin, including but not limited to:

• Posts and articles
• Comments and replies
• Profile information and avatars
• Images and media
• Reactions and interactions

Ownership

You retain full ownership of your User Content. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.

License Grant

By posting User Content, you grant Soltcoin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

• Host, store, and display your content on the Platform
• Distribute and make your content available to other users
• Modify your content for technical purposes (formatting, compression, resizing)
• Use your content to promote the Platform (with attribution)

This license continues until you delete your content or account, except:

• Cached or archived copies may persist temporarily
• Content shared by other users (quotes, reposts) remains under their control
• Blockchain transaction records are permanent and immutable

Content Responsibility

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR USER CONTENT.

This means:

• You are responsible for ensuring your content complies with these Terms and applicable laws
• You are responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your content
• You accept full legal responsibility for content you post, including any consequences
• The Platform does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for content posted by users

We strongly recommend you:

• Do not post content you do not have the right to share
• Do not post content that could expose you to legal liability
• Consider the public and permanent nature of posted content
• Retain copies of your content as we do not guarantee preservation

Prohibited Content

You may NOT post content that:

Illegal Content:

• Violates any applicable law or regulation
• Infringes intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent)
• Contains or promotes illegal activities

Harmful Content:

• Harassment, bullying, or threats against individuals or groups
• Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Content that promotes violence or physical harm
• Content that exploits or endangers minors (ZERO TOLERANCE - immediate permanent ban)
• Non-consensual intimate imagery
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

Deceptive Content:

• Spam, scams, or phishing attempts
• Misleading or fraudulent information
• Impersonation of individuals or organizations
• Manipulation of engagement metrics

Disruptive Content:

• Malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Content designed to disrupt Platform operations
• Excessive or automated posting (without authorization)

Content Moderation

We employ content moderation to maintain Platform safety:

Automated Moderation:

• Content may be automatically scanned for policy violations
• Images may be analyzed for prohibited content
• Flagged content may be held for manual review

Manual Review:

• Our team reviews flagged and reported content
• We may remove content that violates these Terms
• Repeat violations may result in account suspension or termination

Appeals:

• If your content is removed, you may appeal through our support system
• Appeals are reviewed by a different moderator when possible
• Decisions on appeals are final

Third-Party Content Moderation

We use OpenAI's moderation API to assist with content safety analysis. When this feature is enabled:

• Your content text and images may be sent to OpenAI for analysis
• OpenAI processes this data according to their privacy policy
• This is used solely for safety purposes, not advertising or profiling

Monetization Features

Platform Fees

Soltcoin currently does not charge any platform fees on transactions. Authors receive 100% of all payments (minus only Solana network fees).

We reserve the right to introduce platform fees in the future. If we do, we will provide advance notice through the Platform and update these Terms accordingly. Any fee changes will only apply to transactions made after the effective date of the updated Terms.

Sponsorships (Tips)

Authors may enable sponsorships on their posts, allowing readers to send voluntary tips:

• Tips are processed through the Solana blockchain
• Supported currencies: SOL, USDT (and other configured SPL tokens)
• Transaction fees apply (Solana network fees only)
• Tips are non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain

Paywalls (Paid Content)

Authors may place content behind a paywall:

• Readers pay a one-time fee for permanent access
• Maximum paywall price: 0.5 SOL or 50 USDT
• Payments are processed through the Solana blockchain
• No platform fee is charged — only standard Solana network fees apply
• Access is tied to the purchasing wallet address

IMPORTANT - BUYER ACKNOWLEDGMENT:

BY PURCHASING PAYWALL CONTENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:

1. NO REFUNDS: All paywall purchases are final and non-refundable once confirmed on the blockchain. We cannot reverse or modify blockchain transactions under any circumstances.

2. CONTENT QUALITY: The Platform does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, or value of content behind paywalls. Authors are solely responsible for the content they sell.

3. BUYER RESPONSIBILITY: You are making a voluntary purchase decision. We strongly recommend:

   • Reading the free preview before purchasing
   • Considering the author's reputation and previous content
   • Only paying amounts you can afford to lose

4. NO LIABILITY: The Platform is not responsible for:

   • Content that does not meet your expectations
   • Misleading descriptions or titles
   • Disputes between authors and buyers
   • Any loss resulting from your purchase decision

5. AUTHOR RESPONSIBILITY: Authors who set paywalls accept full legal responsibility for their content and any claims arising from buyers

Payment Terms

For Authors:

• You receive 100% of all payments (minus Solana network fees only)
• Earnings are sent directly to your configured wallet address
• You are responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings
• We do not provide tax advice or documentation

For Readers:

• All payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain
• Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed or refunded
• You are responsible for ensuring sufficient wallet balance
• Failed transactions may result in lost network fees

Blockchain Transactions

By using monetization features, you acknowledge:

• All transactions are recorded on the public Solana blockchain
• Transaction records are permanent and cannot be deleted
• Wallet addresses and transaction amounts are publicly visible
• We cannot reverse or modify blockchain transactions

Donations to the Platform

Soltcoin is currently sustained through voluntary donations. If you wish to support the Platform's development and operations, you may do so through the donation options provided on the Platform. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant any special rights, privileges, or services beyond those available to all users.

Intellectual Property

Platform Content

Soltcoin and its licensors own all rights to:

• The Platform's design, code, and functionality
• Our trademarks, logos, and branding
• Documentation and help content
• Aggregated and anonymized data

Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on Soltcoin infringes your copyright, please submit a notice to [email protected] including:

• Identification of the copyrighted work
• Identification of the infringing material with URL
• Your contact information
• A statement of good faith belief
• A statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will respond to valid notices in accordance with applicable law.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

User Conduct

Acceptable Use

You agree to:

• Use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respect other users' rights and dignity
• Provide accurate information when required
• Maintain the security of your account

Prohibited Conduct

You may NOT:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems
• Use automated tools without permission (bots, scrapers, crawlers)
• Interfere with or disrupt Platform operations
• Circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Manipulate engagement metrics or gaming algorithms
• Engage in any activity that could harm the Platform or its users

Privacy

Your use of Soltcoin is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Services

Solana Blockchain

Soltcoin integrates with the Solana blockchain for authentication and payments:

• Wallet authentication uses Sign-In with Solana (SIWS)
• Payments are processed on-chain
• We are not responsible for blockchain network issues, delays, or failures
• Solana's terms of service apply to your blockchain interactions

External Links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of third-party services.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Nothing on Soltcoin constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Cryptocurrency transactions involve risk. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

User Content Disclaimer

We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of User Content. Views expressed by users are their own and do not represent Soltcoin.

Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SOLTCOIN AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Cost of substitute services
• Any damages arising from:
  • Your use of or inability to use the Platform
  • User Content posted by you or others
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Errors, viruses, or bugs in the Platform
  • Blockchain transaction failures or delays
  • Third-party conduct or content

Liability Cap

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

• The amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, OR
• $100 USD

Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soltcoin and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your violation of any applicable law
• Any dispute between you and another user

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense of any matter subject to indemnification, and you agree to cooperate with our defense.

Account Termination

Termination by You

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion:

• Your account enters a 90-day recovery period
• During this period, you may request account restoration
• After 90 days, your personal data is permanently deleted or anonymized
• Published content may remain but will be attributed to "Deleted User"
• Blockchain transaction records are permanent and cannot be deleted

Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in prohibited conduct
• Your account poses a security risk
• Required by law or legal process
• We discontinue the Platform

We will provide notice when reasonably possible, except in cases of:

• Severe violations requiring immediate action
• Legal requirements prohibiting notice
• Risk of harm to users or the Platform

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Platform immediately ceases
• You remain liable for any obligations incurred before termination
• Provisions that should survive (indemnification, limitation of liability, etc.) remain in effect

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the issue informally for at least 30 days.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Jurisdiction

Any disputes not resolved informally shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, USA. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

Class Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTES WILL BE RESOLVED ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS, AND YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTIONS OR CLASS ARBITRATIONS.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Effective Date" at the top
• Material changes will be announced on the Platform
• You may be asked to accept the updated Terms
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the Platform and delete your account.

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Soltcoin regarding your use of the Platform.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.

Notices

We may send notices via email, in-app notifications, or by posting on the Platform. You are responsible for keeping your contact information current.
